Our Midwest 5 & 2 fleet offers drivers a predictable schedule with a 34-hour reset every weekend. Drivers primarily run IA/IL/MO.
What We Offer
- $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Home Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday reset)
- 100% No-Touch Freight
- 2,000+ miles per week on average
- Option to run weekends for additional miles and pay
- Late-model equipment (Freightliner & Kenworth)
Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,200
- Top Drivers: $1,550+ per week
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Performance Bonus: Up to an additional 3 CPM
